PawTrack Privacy Policy

PawTrack ("we", "our", or "the System") operates a unified pet recovery, RFID transponder identification, and municipal animal pound intake tracking platform. This Privacy Policy informs pet guardians, shelter staff, and community members regarding how personal and pet telemetry information is collected, processed, protected, and shared.

When you choose to authenticate using Google Sign-In or Google Identity Services, PawTrack requests access only to the minimum required scopes:

Under Republic Act No. 8485 and city municipal animal control ordinances, impounded pets are held for a mandatory 72-hour holding window before being eligible for adoption. When an animal shelter or pound scans your pet's RFID tag, PawTrack triggers immediate SMS and Email alerts to help you claim your pet promptly.

PawTrack shields your precise residential address. Public sighting map markers display approximate barangay/vicinity coordinates without exposing your exact home location.
