PawTrack Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, linking your Google profile, or utilizing the PawTrack portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Pet Guardian Responsibilities

As a registered Pet Guardian on PawTrack, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information regarding your pet and contact numbers.
• Ensure your pet wears the assigned RFID transponder collar tag or verified 134.2 kHz microchip.
• Promptly update the status of your pet if lost, impounded, or safely recovered.

3. 72-Hour Legal Holding Window & Claiming

Municipal impoundment records in PawTrack adhere to Philippine animal welfare regulations (RA 8485 / RA 10631). Guardians are notified immediately upon shelter intake and must present proper verification (Digital Tag Pass or government-issued ID) to claim their pet within the 72-hour window.

4. Community Lost & Found Reporting

Users who report found pets or sightings must submit authentic information and photographs in good faith. Misuse of emergency broadcast tools, false impoundment claims, or fraudulent ownership assertions may result in immediate suspension and notification to municipal animal care authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

PawTrack operates as a pet tracking coordination and notification platform. While we provide automated RFID alerts and municipal pound linkage, PawTrack does not guarantee pet recovery in circumstances beyond our technological control.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
